The third bedroom is located underneath the home via external stairs with its own kitchenette, basin and toilet and is rented additionally to the main part of the house. The daily price per night listed is for the 2 bedroom house only with the option to add the studio (third bedroom with a queen bed) on at an additional $35.00 per night.
The property comes fully equipped with all amenities and is only a 10 minute walk to the Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools and a 5 minute walk to the Conical Hill walkway.
The owner has also added entertainment in the way of DVDs, a Foosball Table and books to keep everyone entertained and a BBQ has been provided to enjoy the beautiful warm summer evenings with family (gas bottle can be hired from the office).
Guests are required to provide their own linen and towels as well as clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next guest. We do offer an optional linen hire and cleaning service. The cost of this linen hire can be found here. The cost of this cleaning service would be $120.00.
