This home is perfect for a family as the three bedrooms are all generously sized as bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and bedroom 3 has two single beds.
11b Leamington Street is also fully fenced allowing the children to play outside in an enclosed area on the fully grassed section.
This holiday home also has its own internal access garage so you can quickly unpack the car after the road trip to Hanmer Springs.
Please be advised that while this home does not allow pets the owner may from time to time bring their own.
Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $100.00.
