There is a log fire to keep you warm in winter along with two heat pumps to keep you cool in summer with Sky TV, Chromecast and complimentary wifi for you to connect to during your stay.
Along the hallway there are three bedrooms each with its own heat pump to keep the temperature perfect for winter or summer. The first is a large master bedroom with ensuite, second bedroom has a queen bed and the third a double over single bunk. Off the hallway is a lovely spacious bathroom.
To access the lower level step down external stairs onto a large deck area. The lower floor also boasts spectacular views with two double bedrooms, open plan living/dining, bathroom and its own kitchenette. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has a double over single bunk. With a heat pump to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer.
The off street parking for this property is accessed via Alpine Ave (with easier turning area available) or double garage off Acheron Heights with off street parking for one car.
Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $160.00.
