This lovely wooden villa has been beautifully renovated to highlight the beauty of the original building while including today's modern comforts. From the front of the home, it looks like a beautifully kept white wooden cottage, but from the back the home is modern and contemporary with a cedar exterior to really showcasing the renovation in its full glory - it truly is something special.
The light and airy open plan kitchen, dining and living area flows out to a sunny deck area with a BBQ and outdoor furniture. The fully equipped kitchen has induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine while the living area has a log burner and heat pump to ensure comfort all year round which has a ducted heating system into the bedrooms. There is also complimentary Wi-Fi available.
Two double bedrooms have been set up with a queen bed in one and a double bed in the other, one with an ensuite while the second has a separate shower and deep soaker bath, heated towel rails, underfloor heating and gas hot water.
Situated within easy walking distance of the thermal pools and shops it offers a relaxing stay.
Please note that this property is not setup for children.
Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $90.00.
