Jollies Delight is a self-contained unit, perfectly situated near the centre of Hanmer Springs Village. Turn left and it is just a two minute stroll to the local cafes, shops and the Thermal Pools. Turn right and you are just minutes away from the numerous beautiful forest walks and mountain-bike tracks.
Please note that 15a and 15b have been created by dividing an existing home in two. This self-contained unit has full kitchen and bathroom facilities. The queen-sized bedroom area has a wardrobe and a chest of drawers facilities, as well as a sitting area with a comfy 2-seater leather couch and a 43 inch TV set for you to enjoy. The kitchen has a small fridge, bench-top cooker and microwave, with table and dining chairs.
For the colder weather, there is a heatpump in the bedroom/sitting area, and also an efficient wall heater in the adjoining kitchen/dining area.
The outdoor living area is a grassed area adjacent to the car park, at the rear of the property.
To access the property, proceed down the drive (to left of house), where there is adequate car parking. The entrance to this unit is from this car park area. From inside the covered porch, you will see that the left-hand door leads into 15b. This porch area is also shared with an entrance into 15a.
Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $70.00.
