The house has wonderful views across the entire valley to the river and mountains, and is just a short walk to the alpine village with its plethora of excellent restaurants, and the famous thermal pools.Located at the top of Conical Hill Road so it has beautiful views across the village of Hanmer Springs, the flood plains, and across to the mountains which are simply breath-taking, and provide a never-ending source of relaxation to the viewer.
Reverse cycle air conditioning throughout ensures that temperatures inside make life comfortable, when those outside aren't so friendly. The living area is double glazed, to retain a stable environment.
The 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living area and deck give you plenty of room to move, and being only 500 metres to the shopping centre, and 1 kilometre from the Thermal Pools, it's an easy stroll down the hill. This home has everything you need to enjoy our stay in this unique alpine village.
Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $90.00.
Additional fees include: Admin Fee, Daily Damages Insurance, Credit Card Fee (if applicable), and any extras you may choose.
