This family holiday home has all the creature comforts for the whole family to enjoy including a sheltered veranda for Granddad and Grandma to sit, relax and watch the birds feeding; indoor table tennis and a swing ball set, old family favourite games (Snap, Monopoly, Scrabble, Operation, Chess and Pictionary) for the kids and fully fenced with a kennel and run for the family dog (no pets inside please). There is also a Blu-ray player for you to use and the CD player has a docking station and is USB capable.
The master bedroom, with a queen bed, has a walk-in-robe with interconnecting door to the main bathroom. The second bedroom a queen bed and the third bedroom has a double bed with single bunk bed overhead, with portacot high chair and rocker, for the kids. There is a second toilet.
Double garage is available to store your golf clubs, kids bikes and skis, with internal access to the house.
You'll be as warm as toast in winter with double-glazing, a heat pump and a log burner with fire guard.
You will be delighted that one of the important members of your family does not have to be left at home! Dogs are welcome, however dogs are to stay outside and a kennel with run has been provided.
Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $120.00.
