Decks surround the living area giving you all day sun and plenty of places to relax outside.The home is nicely furnished, including gas water heating so that nobody ever needs to have a cold shower. The master bedroom has a full ensuite.
Sky TV can be enjoyed, with the basic package plus sports and movies on a 42" screen.
Please be advised that while this home does not allow pets the owner may from time to time bring their own.
No one night bookings at any time please.
Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $140.00.
Additional fees include: Admin Fee, Daily Damages Insurance, Credit Card Fee (if applicable), and any extras you may choose.
