It is the home away from home that you need, with the pools and village only a 5-10 minute walk away.Our homeowners enjoy family holidays here, so the home is set up with all the comforts of home including a heat transfer system for those colder months. An entertainers delight with a paved outdoor seating area to enjoy our long summer evenings and BBQ.
Entry is into the open plan living, dining and kitchen. The master bedroom entry is from one side of the lounge and complete with ensuite, while the other two bedrooms are down the hallway along with the main bathroom. Turn on the heatpump on those cold winter nights.
This home is fully fenced so children can play safe in the yard . Don't worry about storage for those mountain bikes, there is a lockable double garage.
Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $120.00
Additional fees include: Admin Fee, Daily Damages Insurance, Credit Card Fee (if applicable), and any extras you may choose.
