23 Acheron Heights has an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge with a log burner fire for the chilly winter nights. There is also complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi and Netflix available to use.
The kids have their own little nook at the bottom of the stairwell where there are books and board games to enjoy.
Please note that the shower is over the bath, as shown in the bathroom photo.
Electric blankets are provided on the queen and double beds only.
Please note pets are welcome at this property, however the section is not fully fenced.
Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $100.00.
Additional fees include: Admin Fee, Daily Damages Insurance, Credit Card Fee (if applicable), and any extras you may choose.
