This modern three bedroom home has panoramic views all around but is situated on a quiet, flat, sunny section that is handy to the Hanmer Springs Golf Course for all of those keen golfers in the family.The good sized lounge provides Freeview TV, a video, DVD and CD player. There is a dishwasher, laundry with a dryer, log fire and air-conditioning too.
The master bedroom with a TV and DVD/VCR player has an ensuite and electric blanket for those cold winter nights.
The main bathroom has a bath and separate toilet.
A BBQ has been provided. You will just need to hire a gas bottle from the Hanmer Holiday Homes Office or bring your own. Children welcome, and the house has a portacot.
Please note: this home provides a wheelie bin for your rubbish requirements.
Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $110.00.
Additional fees include: Admin Fee, Daily Damages Insurance, Credit Card Fee (if applicable), and any extras you may choose.
