This is a cosy, compact sleepout. Fully equipped with its own shower, toilet, kitchenette and separate lounge/bedroom. In the lounge/bedroom there is one queen bed and a single bed. The queen bed has electric blanket.The lovely gardens and yard are shared with the main house on the property and off street parking is available in the shared access driveway.
Sky TV with basic package and Sky Sports and Movies available.
There is no washing machine.
Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $70.00.
Additional fees include: Admin Fee, Daily Damages Insurance, Credit Card Fee (if applicable), and any extras you may choose.
