37 Alpine Avenue is one of the larger holiday homes on Hanmer Holiday Homes books and is ideal for 2 families or conference groups. The hillside location affords tremendous views and balconies on two levels with their own BBQ and seating. It is ideal for extended family to hide away for some quiet time.
It consists of 3 levels. On entry level (middle level of the property) there is a full modern kitchen, dining, lounge area, one single bedroom, combined shower/shub, laundry facilities and a toilet. On the upper level there is the main bathroom, two queen rooms and a double and single room. The lower level (which can be accessed internally or externally) is a completely self-contained flat with full kitchen, dining and living area, bathroom, along with two queen room which have a single and queen in each room.
The property has heat pumps on two levels (living) to keep you nice and warm and a log fire on entry level. It is also very handy to the walking tracks network.
The Sky TV including Sport and Movies is also provided. Please note that there is only one decoder in the home, therefore the selected channel will play on both TVs in both lounges of the home.
Please note - access into the property is steep and could be challenging for the elderly or disabled.
Minimum two nights stay at any time.
Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $170.00.
