This is a great family house on a quiet off road back section with views to the mountains. With only a short 2 minute walk to town, and 5 minutes to the pools. The large fenced yard has plenty of secure parking space, just leave the car and walk everywhere.
The home is warm and cosy with both a heat pump (for instant warmth) and a log fire (wood provided) in the family-friendly living spaces. For the little ones there are no stairs, a high chair, a separate (close to other bedrooms and the lounge) baby room with a full sized cot and change table and a fire guard. Please note that the cot is a full sized one and won't fit through the door of the baby room for relocating.
This is a well laid out holiday home that is secure and close to all amenities.
Hanmer has a range of holiday options - the hot pools, forest and mountain walks, alpine drives - check out the old accommodation house up on the Clarence river, mountain biking, bungy jumping, jet boating, skiing (day trips to Mt Lyford are done easily), golfing, mini golf, helicopter tours, restaurants, bars and lots more. If that isn't enough to fill your time here there is always the Sky TV for movies and sports.
Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $110.00.
