A beautifully appointed new home (Completed October 07). Has been set up with two families in mind or even 3 couples - sleeps up to 10. Indoor-outdoor living with large decking and veranda. Situated in the area of the Amaze-n-Golf and the Hot Springs Pub and less than 1km to the hot pools. There is also direct access to to Dog Stream Reserve. A large lockable shed is provided for all your bikes and outdoor gear. There is gas hot water so everyone can enjoy a hot shower. Two bedrooms with queens, one with a single and a single bunk set, and the fourth with a single over double bunk. A cot and high chair are also supplied. There are two TVs in this home, one in the master bedroom and wall mounted LCD in the lounge. Great for watching sport etc. Sky TV has the basic package and Sky Sports. The electric blankets are on the queen beds only. Very quiet culdesac to sit back and enjoy the fresh air and mountain views. Mininum of two nights stay at weekends and holidays please.

Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service (excluding bedmaking and diswashing). The cost of this cleaning service would be $70.00
