This home is modern & spacious with lots of windows for great natural light & sunshine. It is ideal for a large family or two small families. It has a large open plan living area flowing outside onto 2 decks & a securely fenced large back section. This looks up towards a bush covered hill making for nice views & a sheltered location. Outdoor furniture & a BBQ is provided for your use. Sky TV is provided, including the sports package.
The large master bedroom & ensuite are situated up the stairs, boasting a Super king bed, 2 single beds and a full sized cot in a small room off the bedroom. Downstairs the second room contains a queen sized bed, and the third bedroom has 2 sets of bunks with inner sprung mattresses. There is also a good quality sofa bed in the lounge to provide flexibility with sleeping arrangements. The downstairs bathroom has both a bath & a separate shower. The house has a very effective log fire, and all the bedrooms have oil column heaters making for a cosy & warm house.
The owners of this house have 2 young children, so the house is well stocked with good quality children's books, puzzles, toys & DVDs for this age group. There is also a sandpit with sandpit toys, balls & a swingball set.

Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service (excluding bedmaking and diswashing). The cost of this cleaning service would be $65.00
