Welcome to "Edith", a beautiful new home built in December 2006. This house sleeps 8 people and has a lovely indoor-outdoor flow with a large decking/BBQ area, leading onto a spacious lawn and native bush. With mountain views the decking area is a great place to enjoy a glass of wine after a hard days work playing golf, horse-riding, mountain biking or bush walking using the amenities close-by. Edith is a 10 minute walk to the hot pools and restaurants. A large lockable shed is provided for bikes/outdoor equipment. There is gas hot water so everyone can enjoy a hot shower. There are two bedrooms both with a queen bed and one room with two sets of single bunks. The house is furnished using modern colours and is finished to a very high standard. There is one TV, a stereo and DVD player and Sky TV showing all relevant channels. Situated on Jacks Pass Road just past the golf course, Edith is the perfect house to enjoy not only the benefits of Hanmer Springs Township, but also the peace and quiet and fresh mountain air. You won't be disappointed.

Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service (excluding bedmaking and diswashing). The cost of this cleaning service would be $60.00
