Heating in winter and summer cooling are performed by a heat pump specially designed for the extreme temperatures in Hanmer.The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cutlery , crockery and utensils you will need. The secure garage has internal access to the house which is most useful when loading or unloading your vehicle. Garage is ideal for the car, mountain bikes, etc, and has an internal cloths line there is also a 2nd fridge / freezer for those taking extra food or drinks. This holiday home is ideal to be rented with 11b next door as there is a gateway able to be opened between the two courtyards. This proves ideal for extended family or friends up to 12 people.

Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service (excluding bedmaking and dishwashing). The cost of this cleaning service would be $60.00
