This is a very well thought out family home where you can relax and enjoy all that Hanmer has to offer. Whether its reading, relaxing, walking or mountain biking 11 Tarndale Place is for you. 50mtrs from entry to Dog Stream track and 10mins easy stroll to the village and hot pools. Located in one of Hanmer's newest subdivisions, this quaint home sits on a large fully fenced section in a handy location. The home has a heat pump which will keep you warm and cosy in the Winter and cool in the Summer. There are books, DVD, Toys, Games and puzzles for the whole family to enjoy. Also includes a baby bath for families with small children. Electric blankets on all beds and well appointed kitchen. The owners have thought of almost everything with outdoor furniture and a sand pit included too. There is a large lockable shed for bike/general storage.

Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service (excluding bedmaking and dishwashing). The cost of this cleaning service would be $60.00
