The views from Oregon Heights, across the village of Hanmer Springs, the flood plains, and across to the mountains are simply breathtaking, and provide a never-ending source of relaxation to the viewer. Our house, at 16 Oregon Heights, has been designed to take full advantage of the spectacular, uninterrupted panorama of natural beauty for which Hanmer is renown. Reverse cycle air conditioning throughout ensures that temperatures inside make life comfortable, when those outside aren't so friendly. The living area is double glazed, to retain a stable environment. Sky TV channels include the basic package plus Sky Sports. Especially popular on cold mornings, is the heated toilet seat. Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service (excluding bedmaking and diswashing). The cost of this cleaning service would be $60.00
