Situated in the lovely central village – it’s a three minute walk to the spa & pools. With almost 360 degree views of the mountains and surrounds. The house stands on a large gently sloping section, with lovely gardens, and a lawned path to allow you to wander around them with ease. The gardens are fenced to the rear – and it even has a relaxing private gazebo for your reading pleasure. There is a large deck at the front of the home with table, chairs & BBQ. There are great views of the northern ranges. There is a small deck at rear of the house with a small table & chairs. There are stunning views over the southern ranges. Each bedroom has a TV & video player and the main living area has a TV with full SKY TV channels. The two downstairs bedrooms have their own fridge & kettles. We want your stay in our house to be special. To facilitate this we provide FREE use of Broadband Internet, our extensive DVD collection, a PS/2 with 20+ games for the kids. We also make available a travel cot, kids toys and games - everything you need to add that extra bit of speciality to your holiday.

Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service (excluding bedmaking and diswashing). The cost of this cleaning service would be $70.00
