This is a top of the line home with everything you could possibly need. Fantastic location within a short walk to the Thermal Pools and shops as well as being immediately beside Brooke Dawson Park and the Dog Stream reserve. The house boasts all the mod cons including Satellite TV and a wonderful spa bath in the main bathroom to relax in. The home is also unique in that it is the only home on our books that has three bathrooms and toilets ensuring all guests are catered for. All living areas are located on the one level. Bedroom one has a Queen bed with a single bunk set. Bedroom two has a Queen bed. Bedroom three has a queen bed with trundler bed underneath along with an ensuite and then downstairs there is the fourth bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite. There is also a foldout couch in the lounge so the home is capable of sleeping up to 13 people if necessary. Electric blankets are provided on all beds apart from the bunks. All bedrooms have an oil column heater to compliment the log fire in the lounge, keeping things nice and warm. With a cot and highchair available as well there is little the homeowners haven't been able to provide for you. You will be very hard pressed to look past this home for quality, location and price.

Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service (excluding bedmaking and diswashing). The cost of this cleaning service would be $75.00
