The apartment is double glazed and there is a heat pump for those chilly nights. The comfortable lounge features a leather couch, easy chairs and dining table and there is SKY TV including sport channels, Stereo, CD, DVD player. The kitchenette is fully equipped with an electric oven and cook top, range hood, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Large double doors and windows take in the alpine vista and look out towards Chisholm reserve and the village centre.
The very spacious bedroom has a large wardrobe plus there is also a built in storage unit. The King size bed features quality bedding with a dual electric blanket and there are bedside cabinets. There is a TV, a leather easy chair and large double doors leading out to the patio.
The luxurious ensuite with shutters opening in to the bedroom, has a vanity unit with a large heated mirror, under tile heating, heated towel rail and a hair dryer. There is a large double shower with two shower roses (standard & a rain shower rose) plus a corner Spa bath to relax in. You will also find the European washing machine and dryer in here, discreetly tucked away in a large cupboard.

Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $70.00
