The house is located in a quiet well established part of town, only a 700m walk to the hot pools and shops and no more than a 100m walk to the very picturesque Squirrel Lake, fantastic for picnics with the family and the many mountain bike and walking tracks nearby. The house has a double garage with automatic door perfect for housing bikes and other outdoor equipment.

There is a log burner (with fire guard) and heat pump to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. Also electric blankets are provided on the queen and double beds only. The home has two toilets, one is located in the laundry.

A very homely place to stay with a lovely deck and private paved outdoor area set amongst the tranquil trees. Secure play area for younger children and also Freeview TV.

Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $110.00

Guests to either supply or hire linen. All bedding supplied.
