Located in a quiet cul-de-sac and only a 5 min stroll to the town's amenities.This 2016 home is all about quality with open plan living and a compact and functional kitchen finished with granite bench tops. Enjoy a glass of wine in the dining area where the morning sun soaks through or enter the courtyard to kick back and relax on the outdoor furniture.
There are top quality furnishings throughout, right down to the beds and leather lounge suite. Sky basic and sport TV channels are included.
Bedroom one has a queen bed with electric blankets and a spacious ensuite. There is also a main separate toilet. Bedroom two is another queen with electric blankets, and bedroom three has two sets of single bunk beds. Internal garage access makes it ideal for those rainy days.
Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $110.00.
