This well presented three bedroom home offers open plan living with two lounge areas. One lounge can be closed off to allow the adults some quiet time and to enjoy the deck off the lounge enabling one to absorb the magnificent views that surround the Hanmer basin.
The main living areas, one toilet and the master bedroom along with a huge en suite are on the first level. On the second level are the other two bedrooms and second bathroom.
On the rear deck you will find beautiful macrocarpa outdoor furniture and the BBQ.
Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $120.00
