The property is adjoined to its neighbour, however still offers some privacy.

Please be advised that while this home does not allow pets, the owner may from time to time permit one in the house.

Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $80.00.

Guests to either supply or hire linen. All bedding supplied.
