This cosy holiday home that is on a back section was redecorated in 2019 including the addition of double glazed with a verandah along the front for catching the sun or entertaining outside with the BBQ.

Inside, it has a lovely open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area on the ground floor as is the bathroom and toilet. There are three bedrooms with one queen and one twin bedroom downstairs and another larger bedroom with one queen bed and two single beds located upstairs.

This house has a heat pump, TV, DVD, laundry, BBQ, carport and is just five minutes' walk to the shops and pools.

Please note: this home provides a wheelie bin for your rubbish requirements.

Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $90.00.
