Surrounded by other million dollar properties at the top of St James Ave, this home is perfect for your Alpine holiday or weekend escape. Cafes, Bars, shops and holiday activities are just a 2-3 minutes walk from your door.

The expansive wrap around deck and mature landscaping provide indoor/outdoor living rarely available. Enter the living and dining areas from the East and West decking, or enjoy wine or coffee on the sheltered North facing deck. The outdoor space is discretely fenced so you can be sure young ones are safe.

The well designed, spacious two level, four bedroom home has just been re-decorated and newly furnished to a very high standard, and is being offered for rent for the first time. A new ducted heat pump keeps all rooms cosy warm in winter and cool in summer. You can also light the wood fire for added ambience. The large fully equipped kitchen has magnificent views and will let you do as much or as little as you like while you enjoy your stay.

The property sleeps up to 10 (maximum 8 adults) with a minimum stay of 2 nights. The master bedroom has a new king bed and an ensuite. There are also two more queen beds, two singles and a set of new bunks.

The living includes free Wifi, Smart TV, Netflix and a Bluetooth theatre sound system. The downstairs bedroom also has a smart TV for your children or guests to have their own space if they need it.

Guests are required to provide their own linen and towels as well as clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next guest. We do offer an optional linen hire and cleaning service. The cost of this linen hire can be found here. The cost of this cleaning service would be $130.00

The Guest Service Fee covers the following: Administration fee, Guest Peace of Mind Insurance (cover for you to the value of $2,000 terms and conditions apply*), tea, coffee and sugar, salt and pepper, cooking oil, dishcloth, tea towels and bathmats, cleaning products and 2 x rolls of toilet paper per toilet, inspection of the property after your departure and 24/7 guest support.
