A beautiful piece of Hanmer character. This home is very centrally located within a few minutes of all shopping facilities as well as the Thermal Pools, forest walks and reserves. A small cottage that sleeps five it still has plenty of space both inside and out.
Please be aware that the master bedroom is accessed via the single bedroom. Sky TV channels include the basic package plus movies and sport.
Electric blankets are provided on all beds. There is a logburner in the lounge to keep you cosy during winter.
Whilst there is no garage available to use there is room for off street parking and the firewood is stored in the garage for tenant use.
Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $90.00.
