Nestled in the very heart of the village on popular St James Avenue, approximately 650 metres from the Hot Pools, and with idyllic views over Chisholm Pond and the surrounding mountains, this impressive architectural home is a stylish and comfortable Hanmer Springs holiday retreat.

It has an expansive, open plan kitchen and dining area with two outdoor patios; one to the East (ideal for your morning coffee), and one to the west (great for a cold beverage in the late afternoon after a fun day at the pools or golf club). Adjoining this is the 'lakefront lounge' which enjoys a cosy woodfire, comfy seating, as well as a private deck that overlooks Chisholm Pond and the many ducks and ducklings floating on it.

The north facing master bedroom on the upper level has a king bed and both a large ensuite and walk in robe which is a relaxing and welcoming retreat for 'mum' and 'dad'. The other two bedrooms (1 downstairs consisting of a large queen bed and 1 upstairs consisting of two king single beds with trundlers) both have adjacent bathrooms.

With a cosy log fire, a heat pump and even under tile heating - you will be nice and warm during the winter months or in the cooler nights. 13 St James Avenue even has a separate laundry to wash all the swimming or cycling gear before packing them away for next time.

On a flat section, this is an outstanding holiday home will impress as soon as you walk through the grand entrance off St James Avenue.


Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $140.00

Two Night Minimum Booking on Weekends and School Holidays.
