The main open plan living, dining and kitchen is on the first level (above the garage) with beautiful views over to the mountains and to the Hanmer Springs Golf Course from the cleverly designed kitchen island bar table. The kitchen has all the modern-day appliances including a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, stovetop and microwave. The dining table can seat six and the generously sized lounge comes complete with black leather lounge suites, SKY TV and complimentary WIFI. The home is heated by a heatpump and electric heaters.
Upstairs (on the second level), there is also a second lounge so the kids can have fun away from the adults and watch a DVD or two.
There are two bathrooms, one with a spa bath and three toilets.
During the warmer weather, there is also a patio out the back complete with a couple of picnic tables and a BBQ, which just completes the appeal of 104 Jacks Pass Road as the perfect choice for a holiday home in Hanmer Springs.
Please be advised that while this home does not allow pets, the owner may bring their dog from time to time.
Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $130.00
