This is a modern, two storey home that is well equipped with three toilets, a master bathroom and ensuite.
On the first floor is an internal access garage and twin bedroom with ensuite. The second floor consists of the kitchen, dining, and lounge area with the master bedroom off the lounge. There is also a log fire with fireguard in this home and electric blankets are provided on all beds.
There is good indoor/outdoor flow onto the rear of the property where decks allow you to enjoy the sun with BBQ and outdoor furniture. For those who want to get into the outdoors there is a mountain bike available for use as well.
PLEASE NOTE: This home is not suitable for pre-schoolers. The driveway to the home is steep and may be challenging for some vehicles. No smoking is permitted on this property.
Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $120.00.
