Bedroom one has a queen sized bed, ranch slider opening onto the back deck and Freeview TV on offer. Bedroom two also has a queen bed. Both located off the hallway, handy to the bathroom and separate toilet. Bedroom three offers two single beds and a toy box. All beds are fitted with electric blankets.
The kitchen/dining area faces the street and is perfect for lazy holiday family breakfasts of pancakes or bacon and eggs.
The living area is kept snuggly during the cooler months with a log burner, the polished wooden flooring is a real focal point adding character to the home.
The single car garage, when not being used for the car, has a portable pool table and dart board. There is also Pétanque for the back lawn.
Watch the kids, in the large fully fenced backyard whilst enjoying all day sun on the deck, the perfect spot for a BBQ.
Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $100.00.
