The property comes fully equipped with all amenities and is only a 10 minute walk to the Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools and a 5 minute walk to the Conical Hill walkway.
The owner has also added entertainment in the way of DVDs, a Foosball Table and books to keep everyone entertained and a BBQ has been provided to enjoy the beautiful warm summer evenings with family (gas bottle can be hired from the office).
Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant, however we do offer an optional cleaning service (excluding bed making and dishwashing). The cost of this cleaning service for this home is $110.00.
