This home features an open plan kitchen, dining and living area that opens out onto a great sunny deck. There is an outdoor table and a BBQ for summer and inside a fabulous log fire with plenty of firewood for winter and a night store heater for the winter.
Sleeping 6, the house has 3 large bedrooms with wardrobes and the master bedroom even has an ensuite. The master and one bedroom have queen size beds and sliding doors that open onto the deck. The third has 2 x king singles that can be zipped together to make a california king.
There is filtered drinking water, an internal access garage, an internal vacuum system, washing machine, dryer, unlimited Wi-Fi, SKY TV, DVD’s, books, games and puzzles. TV is connected to the internet so you can use your own Netflix, Spotify, YouTube etc.
There are also 2 sets of golf clubs and 3 mountain bikes with helmets that guest can enjoy. We just ask that you take the bike lock with you if your biking into town and plan on leaving them unattended.

Please note: this home provides a wheelie bin for your rubbish, recycling bins and there is a compost bin out behind the woodshed for organic waste only (no meat or rubbish into the compost please).
Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant. Cleaning products are supplied in the cupboard in laundry. We do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $120.00.
