It has two generous living areas; the dining area with log fire and fireguard to keep you warm in winter, and a separate lounge with a heatpump to keep you warm in winter as well as cool in summer. There is also a sliding door off the separate lounge that gives you access to the magnificent outdoor deck - it's as if you are in the treetops.

There is plenty of room for the kiddies and family pets to run around (yes you read that right, pets are allowed too!) ***PLEASE NOTE*** The yard is not fully fenced and children and pets should be supervised. You will love the easy access to Dog Stream via the private path, but also the incredible birdlife in the area.

Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $100.00.
