Located in a quiet subdivision and a 5 minute stroll to the pools and local amenities, this roomy home is ideal for families and couples.The sunny lounge has a 42 inch flat screen TV with Sky movie and sport channels, plus complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi is also available.
Bedroom one has a queen bed with electric blankets and ensuite. Bedroom two is another queen with electric blankets and bedroom three has a queen single bunk (refer to photos). There is a double foldout bed in the lounge, which allows the home to sleep up to 9.
The modern kitchen has a dishwasher and open plan dining/living areas create a sense of space for all the family to enjoy.
Outside there is plenty of grassed area for the kids to play. Outdoor furniture and a massive BBQ are also there to enjoy the sunny Hanmer afternoons.
Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service. The cost of this cleaning service would be $120.00.
Additional fees include: Admin Fee, Daily Damages Insurance, Credit Card Fee (if applicable), and any extras you may choose.
