Hanmer Holiday Homes is a locally owned and operated property management company, servicing over 180 homes in the stunning alpine village of Hanmer Springs. We’re on the lookout for a capable and motivated Servicing Supervisor to lead our busy Servicing Team.
This role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to take a hands-on leadership role in the day-to-day operations of our Servicing Department. You'll ensure our holiday homes are presented to the highest standard and that systems run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
• Allocate daily tasks to the Servicing Team
• Maintain stock levels of supplies, linen, and equipment
• Lead daily Toolbox Meetings
• Ensure cleaning, reporting, and security processes are followed and improved
• Manage laundry turnaround and lost property procedures
• Provide regular feedback on property presentation
• Complete departmental admin and accurate data entry
• Support the team during peak times and uphold performance standards
• Share the after-hours phone roster and respond to guest needs
• Ensure health & safety compliance and staff training
• Attend weekly Head of Department meetings
• Perform additional duties as required
What We’re Looking For
• Strong leadership and people skills
• Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail
• Physically fit and confident managing logistics
• Able to multitask, problem-solve, and lead by example
• Comfortable with computers and task tracking systems
• A full NZ driver’s licence and eligibility to work in NZ

Hours: Full-time, Mon–Fri (occasional weekends)
