This centrally located sunny, two bedroom home is perfect for a small family getaway or for a couple just wanting a quiet break. It is only a 5 minute walk away from the village's cafes, restaurants and the Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools and Spa.

The property has a open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area which opens up onto a front deck area with veranda and down onto the lawn area, while the all-wooden interior makes this Fraemohs home very cosy and warm with a log burner being the primary source of heating for the winter.

The main bedroom has a king bed, and the second room has two single beds. (KIng single or double sheets are required) with a main bathroom and separate toilet.

There is a carport for sheltered parking around the back with room to park other vehicles if required on the driveway.

Please be advised that while this home does not allow pets the owner may from time to time bring their own.

Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $80.00.

Guests to either supply or hire linen. All bedding supplied.
