The property has an open plan kitchen, dining & living area accessed via the verandah. The fully equipped kitchen has standard oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, while the living area has a log burner for heating.

There are three bedrooms in the main house. The master having one queen bed, the second and third bedrooms one single bed each while the fourth bedroom is a self contained studio accessed via the garden out the back with ensuite and small kitchenette. The laundry with washing machine is located in the garage.

Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $130.00.

Please note: The owners do not allow pets at their property but does bring their own dog

Two Night Minimum Booking on Weekends and School Holidays.

Guests to either supply or hire linen. All bedding supplied.
