This is a lovely sunny home set in a tranquil part of Hanmer Springs with lovely views across to the golf course and mountains.
This home features an open plan kitchen, dining and living area that opens out onto a great sunny deck. There is an outdoor table and a BBQ for summer and inside a fabulous log fire with plenty of firewood for winter and a night store heater for the winter.
Sleeping 6, the house has 3 large bedrooms with wardrobes and the master bedroom even has an ensuite. The master and one bedroom have queen size beds and sliding doors that open onto the deck. The third has 2 x king singles that can be zipped together to make a california king.
There is filtered drinking water, an internal access garage, an internal vacuum system, washing machine, dryer, unlimited Wi-Fi, SKY TV, books, games, puzzles and a Nespresso Coffee Machine (please bring your own pods). TV is connected to the internet so you can use your own Netflix, Spotify, YouTube etc.
There are also 2 sets of golf clubs and 3 mountain bikes with helmets that guests can enjoy. We just ask that you take the bike lock with you if your biking into town and plan on leaving them unattended.

Please note: this home provides a wheelie bin for your rubbish & recycling bins.
Guests are required to provide their own linen and towels as well as clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next guest. We do offer an optional linen hire and cleaning service. The cost of this linen hire can be found here. The cost of this cleaning service would be $130.00.
Additional fees include: Admin Fee, Daily Damages Insurance, Credit Card Fee (if applicable), and any extras you may choose.

The Guest Service Fee covers the following: Administration fee, Guest Peace of Mind Insurance (cover for you to the value of $2,000 terms and conditions apply*), tea, coffee and sugar, salt and pepper, cooking oil, dishcloth, tea towels and bathmats, cleaning products and 2 x rolls of toilet paper per toilet, inspection of the property after your departure and 24/7 guest support.
