This lovely 3 bedroom home has amazing panoramic views of the mountains, forest and village. At the top of St James Ave, no expense has been spared. This is reflected in the quality of the build and also in the furnishing and fittings of this executive home.

With a heat pump, log burner and double glazing throughout, you will stay nice and warm on those cold winter nights. In summer enjoy a glass of wine in the outdoor area and enjoy those alpine views.

There is complimentary unlimited fibre Wi-Fi for use as well as a Smart TV with Freeview, TVNZ and Three Now (Many other apps can be accessed if you have your own logins, e.g. Netflix, Disney, Prime, Neon etc.)

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed with a wardrobe and ensuite. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with a wardrobe and direct access to the main bathroom with shower over bath. Bedroom 3 has a king (can be unzipped to two Singles as shown in the photos) plus a king single (with trundler) as well as a wardrobe and ensuite.

Electric blankets and oil column heaters are provided in all 3 bedrooms. There are some stairs to the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms from the main living area.

Please note that the 4th single is a trundler bed.

There is a separate carpeted hang out space in the garage with a pool table and air hockey for your enjoyment.

Guests are required to provide their own linen and towels as well as clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next guest. We do offer an optional linen hire and cleaning service. The cost of this linen hire can be found here. The cost of this cleaning service would be $145.00.
Additional fees include: Admin Fee, Daily Damages Insurance, Credit Card Fee (if applicable), and any extras you may choose.

The Guest Service Fee covers the following: Administration fee, Guest Peace of Mind Insurance (cover for you to the value of $2,000 terms and conditions apply*), tea, coffee and sugar, salt and pepper, cooking oil, dishcloth, tea towels and bathmats, cleaning products and 2 x rolls of toilet paper per toilet, inspection of the property after your departure and 24/7 guest support.
