This lovely home has panoramic views of the mountains, forest and village.

At the top of St James Ave, no expense has been spared. This is reflected in the quality of the build and also in the furnishing and fittings of this executive home.

With a Heat pump, Log burner and double glazing throughout you will stay nice and warm on those cold winter nights. In summer enjoy a glass of wine in the outdoor area and enjoy those alpine views.

Bedroom 1 has a Queen with a wardrobe & ensuite.

Bedroom 2 has a Queen with a wardrobe and direct access to the main bathroom with shower over bath.

Bedroom 3 has a King (can be unzipped to two Singles) plus a King Single (with trundler) as well as a wardrobe and ensuite.

Please note that although this home is listed as sleeping seven, the trundler bed means the home can accommodate eight.

Electric blankets and oil column heaters in all 3 bedrooms. There are some stairs to the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms from the main living area.

Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $120.00
