This house has a heat pump, Smart TV with Netflix, Wi-fi, laundry, BBQ, carport and is just five minutes' walk to the shops and pools.
Please note: this home provides a wheelie bin for your rubbish requirements.
Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $90.00.
