Situated in a quiet street with only a short relaxed stroll to the local golf course this cheerful, two bedroom holiday home is great for a stay at any time of the week!
The living areas in this home are all open plan and the large doors off the kitchen open wide to a lovely BBQ area for the summer evenings where you can have a BBQ and enjoy the sun and mountains. There is free unlimited Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV with Freeview as well as a DVD and CD player for your entertainment on those evening you wish to unwind on the couch. In the winter time the home is heated by a heat pump or gas to keep everyone cosy.
The first bedroom has a queen sized bed and the second bedroom has a single over double bunk set and a separate single bed. All beds have electric blankets for your comfort in the winter months.
The bathroom is compact with a vanity, toilet and shower as well as holding the washing machine for any laundering you may want to do during your stay.
As well as having a fantastic outside setting area the home is also fully fenced so the little ones are kept safe from the road, or to keep your pet secure. The section is also flat which makes easier access in the winter months when it can be a bit frosty or there is snow on the ground.
Please note: This home provides a wheelie bin for your rubbish requirements.
Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $70.00.
