Inside, the home has been beautifully renovated with quality furnishings and chattels provided. The heat-pump will keep you toasty warm in winter and cool during the hot summer months. Electric blankets are provided on all the beds. In the lounge there is a flat screen TV with Sky including sport. The bathroom has been beautifully tiled and features gas water heating.
Outside the house has a large, sunny deck with outdoor furniture and the entire property has gorgeous gardens throughout. There is off street parking available but the carport is currently in use for storage.
Guests are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next guest however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $100.00.
Additional fees include: Admin Fee, Daily Damages Insurance, Credit Card Fee (if applicable), and any extras you may choose.
