This all opens out to a balcony with beautiful views to the mountains complete with outdoor furniture and a BBQ (gas bottle can be hired from the office). There are four bedrooms including a master with ensuite and walk-in robe, along with a luxurious family bathroom with freestanding bath and a second toilet are also on the second level.
The ground floor has the garage which has been converted into a games room, complete with a pool table, ping pong table and dart board which will keep you entertained when you're not out exploring this fantastic slice of paradise.
Warmed by a log fire with fire guard, heat pump with heat transfer system and double glazing throughout, this home is a perfect haven to enjoy a winters night in with family and friends or SKY TV including the sprots channels for some light entertainment.
Guests are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next guest however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $150.00.
Additional fees include: Admin Fee, Daily Damages Insurance, Credit Card Fee (if applicable), and any extras you may choose.
