4 Scarborough Terrace is a warm, sunny and welcoming holiday home in a fantastic central location. It’s just a 5-minute flat walk to the Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools & Spa and the main village centre, where you’ll find a great selection of cafés, restaurants, shops and the library. Even closer, the Dog Stream Reserve and Heritage Forest are only around a 1-minute walk away, with easy access to popular mountain biking and walking tracks.

This spacious four-bedroom holiday home is ideal for families and groups, with two bathrooms (including a shub), two toilets and a separate dining room. Stay connected with fast, unlimited fibre Wi-Fi, and enjoy the 42-inch Plasma TV with Sky Basic, Sports and Movies, plus children’s channels. There’s also a selection of toys provided, so you can leave a few of the kids’ favourites at home and save some space in the car.

During the cooler months, you’ll stay cosy with a log fire, heat pump and electric blankets on all beds.

Outside, a sunny deck flows nicely into the private garden, providing plenty of space to relax and enjoy the fresh Hanmer Springs air. A BBQ is also provided, with a gas bottle available for hire from the Hanmer Holiday Homes office.

There is a carport and plenty of off-street parking on the property.

For rubbish and recycling, the property has a wheelie bin for general rubbish and a blue glass recycling bin.

Guests are required to provide their own linen and towels as well as clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next guest. We do offer an optional linen hire and cleaning service. The cost of this linen hire can be found here. The cost of this cleaning service would be $130.00.
