This lovely, modern three bedroom home is set on a quiet back section and is fully fenced. The light and airy open plan kitchen, dining and living area flows out to a sunny, sheltered patio with BBQ and outdoor furniture. The fully equipped kitchen has standard oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher while the living area has a log burner and heat pump to keep you comfortable all year round. Complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi is also available.
There are three good sized bedrooms each with one queen bed while the master has an ensuite with shower and the main bathroom has a shower and bath with separate laundry
Please note: The owner does not allow pets at their property, however they may bring their own dog from time to time.
Guests are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next guest however we do offer an optional cleaning service, the cost of this cleaning service would be $110.00.
Additional fees include: Admin Fee, Daily Damages Insurance, Credit Card Fee (if applicable), and any extras you may choose.
